Important: This policy does not apply to the Ascertain healthcare automation platform or any private, client-specific environments used by our customers. Those environments are governed by separate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and operate under strict HIPAA compliance frameworks.
